By accessing or using TheVotingStation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including associations, administrators, voters, and visitors to our website.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an association account or act as an administrator.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

One person may create one account per association.

TheVotingStation provides an online platform for conducting secure democratic elections for associations, organizations, and groups.

Services include: voter management, ballot creation, real-time results, anonymous voting, and election administration tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Service availability is subject to scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.

Administrators must:

• Ensure accurate voter registration

• Conduct elections in accordance with their organization's bylaws

• Maintain the security of access codes and credentials

• Verify voter eligibility according to organizational rules

• Not manipulate or interfere with the voting process

Voters must:

• Cast votes independently without coercion

• Keep access credentials confidential

• Vote only once per election question

• Not attempt to manipulate or disrupt the voting process

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks

• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

• Attempt to manipulate voting results or interfere with fair elections

• Harvest or collect user information without consent

• Use automated systems (bots) to access the service

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform

Association account creation is free.

Election sessions are charged at $10 per session, payable before activation.

All fees are non-refundable except in cases of service failure.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

Taxes may apply based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
